If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. Hishopie – Bodhi Herbals will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations. In such cases, we may evaluate return requests based on your location. Returns, if considered, may be subject to additional charges.
If a return is approved, a nominal charge will be applied for pickup from your doorstep and return delivery to us. This cost will be communicated to you before processing the return.
